This is an outstanding Art deco display cabinet, with a very modernist look both in style and materials used. Made in Italy with the finest timbers used. Heavily figured walnut and rosewood banding which excentuates its curves beautifully and chrome trim thick band around the base and and cabinet area makes this an unusual piece. Not pictured, the cabinet has two glass display shelves to display all your goodies on. Alternatively we can for a small cost, wooden shelves made to fit by our restoration team, allowing this to be used as a bookcase. The base provides ample storage within (one internal shelf). The door still retains its original deep red catalin/bakelite bar shaped handle. We've had this extremely stlish piece completely stripped and newly french polished so comes to you in excellent condition. Only one flaw to mention, the chrome work does show signs of age with some tarnishing and pitting in areas, so we have priced this piece accordingly. This lovely cabinet is a great size if space is of a premium, an ideal piece of furniture that can be used in either a study, lounge or hall area. More pictures to follow...
