This is a one of the nicest bags we've listed in recent times. Fabulous 1940's Art Deco black silk satin classic shape handbag. Great puffball shape and classic 40's styling . Fully lined in black silk and inside it still has its original small change purse in matching satin, its original mirror and comb, still in there original wrapping, they appear never to have been used. This gorgeous bag has a gold-tone metal frame and closes at the top with a nice snap by a gold metal clasp, all clean and working perfectly. Really nice vintage bag, as wearable today as it was when first made. Overal condition is excellent we can't see any flaws to mention. This really is a gem of a handbag, easily fits the modern ladies bits and bobs.
