This is a classic 1930's Art Deco Birds eye maple dining suite. A fantastic set of furniture made with the highest craftmanship and quality veneers. The whole suite comprises 6 maple veneered dining chairs which includes two carver chairs - re upholstered in a plum coloured simulated leather which contrasts beautifully with the blonde woods. The padded centre gives a little extra comfort, each chair is sturdy and has been professionally French polished to the highest standards. The dining table comfortably seats six people and can accommodate 8 chairs for those times when you have extra guests and does so with ease. Each side of the dining table top has a flutted edge. The veneers are true blonde and in excellent condition with no discolouration or repairs. Comes with a protective glass top which is original to the table. The two pedestals supporting the top are nothing less than stunning and look very grand, if you want to impress this suites for you. Each pedestal is half circle in shape with 3 stepped plinth to the base. Needless to say, this quality of suite doesn't come onto the market very often and comes to you in A1 condition having been professionally restored. This wonderful set is ready to be delivered to your home.
