Stunningly beautiful and very high quality 1930's original Art Deco French bookcase. This outstanding piece is made from Mahogany and is beautifully veneered on top in a very heavily figured burr walnut. Typically French in both style and quality with it's arched base and rounded front. Very geometric in design with solid brass linear decoration to the top. This also follows through to both doors, which feature solid brass decoration in relief, continuing to brass keyhold escutcheons and original brass key.To the interior are four generously spaced shelves which can be adjusted to different heights. This outstanding bookcase also boasts being in mint condition.
