How to make your purchase

Buying from Deco-World.com couldn't be easier! Either visit at our new showroom between Mondays and Saturdays 10:30 till 5pm at Deco World 2-3 Grenville Street, Bideford, North Devon EX39 2EA or simply telephone on the above number or email us to place your order - If travelling any distance, please call first, we may have had to close or it might the item your travelling to see has sold. You can pay either by credit/debit card by calling us directly on 01237 422355 7 days a week.You can also send us a cheque, postal order. For US customers not wishing to pay via card we can also arrange bank transfer of payment, please email and enquire about this service. Once your order is received we will mark your item as 'on hold' that very same day- payment must be received within 3 days or the item will be offered back out for sale.

What about delivery?

Small items are sent out by Parcel Force and TNT fully insured - expected delivery time is within 10 days after payments received - this is for UK customers. For larger items such as furniture we use a very professional courier company - please allow up to 14-28 days for delivery for UK customers. Our delivery service is two man professional service and delivered to your specified room in your home, you don't have to lift a finger. However our carriers do not assemble items for you, if they offer to do this it is at their descretion and not something we can offer customers directly, any extra costs incurred for assembly of items are payable by you and you will be billed accordingly by either Deco World or our carriers. Overseas Customers please contact us for estimated delivery time . Please note - we try to send out as quickly as possible, some items do requiring crating or special packing and may take a little longer. If your item is needed prior to the times estimated above we can usually sort this for you at no extra charge by sending priority next day delivery, this service is purely at our descretion and not available on all items listed.

Cheque and other methods of payment
UK buyers can pay by cheque. All cheque are made payable to Deco World and sent to Deco World 2-3 Grenville street, Bideford, North Devon EX39 2EA (Clearance period required for cheques before shipping for new customers.)

Pay Safely and Securely with PayPal using your credit card
We are verified PayPal members and can accept PayPal payments by all major credit/debit cards in GB Pounds.

If you would like to pay by PayPal send us an email with the details of the item you would like to purchase including the item number, and the address you would like the item sent to. We will reply with a PayPal request for Payment invoice which will include cost of shipping to your destination.

Would you like further information?

We understand in this modern day of internet that not everyone feels comfortable purchasing via the net. We offer on request further detailed photographs giving different angles and fully detailed condition reports on as many items as requested. This ensures that you, the customer, knows exactly what your purchasing. For those who prefer the hands on touch, we also have available a viewing facility - over 2,500 SQ FT full of Deco at our Devon based showroom. Open Monday to Saturday between 10:30 and 5pm or any other times by appointment. If travelling any distance please ring beforehand to ensure the item you wish to view hasn't already sold.

Terms of Sale
We want you to be happy with your purchases. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of us and you, we have a Return Policy that we honor.
Return Policy Procedure
1. If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact us in writing within 8 days of delivery to arrange for its return and an option to purchase a similar priced item as an exchange will be available to you, less the postage or shipping. PLEASE NOTE: this is not available to customers in the US.
Terms Of Sale at the time of purchase.
2. We will aknowledge your return request within 3 working days.
3. You will ship/post the item back to us within 3 days of the acknowledgement:
* We strongly recommend the item be returned via the original carrier, in its original packaging, we also advise the item to be insured (if available) for its purchased price, we must receive the item in the same condition as when it was shipped/posted to you, if not no refund/exhange will be offered.
* We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
* The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance.
4. We will verify the returned item has arrived and will issue a full purchase price exchange offer or refund within 30 days . If the item is not in the condition it was orignally sent out to you i.e damaged we will not issue an exchange or refund.
Additional Return Policy Information
* This policy does not apply to customers outside the UK, please contact us about returns if you are purchasing outside the UK.

* Damaged items are handled separately as described immediately below.
Damaged Item Procedure
* Please do not return items damaged in shipment/postage, as doing so will void the shipping insurance.
* Damage claims can only be made on items shipped with insurance. * We recommend that all shipments be insured. If a buyer requests that an item not be shipped insured, in writing, we are not responsible for loss or damage to that item in shipping.
* To begin the process, please contact us and alert us to the damage. * Claims should be made through the original shipping agent. Guidelines for insurance claims vary by carrier so please check with the carrier for specific instructions.
* Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as the shipping agent will request to examine them. * In the event that you, the recipient, files the claim, we will provide you with the necessary insurance information.
