Art Deco Fitted Burr Walnut Cocktail Cabinet

This hugely stylish cocktail cabinet, titled Hospitality Cabinet, is a fantastic piece of Art Deco furniture, and it's internal fittings prove to be an incredibly appealing feature.

The beautifully presented burr walnut top has a superb pattern of grain, and the stepped sides which flank it further increase the terrific presence of this piece. The fall is every bit as well finished and stands out brilliantly, while fitted to it are a pair of chrome handles with bakelite back plates and a working lock with key. When the fall is pulled down it also activates the top which raises into an upright position, and the two are connected to one another by chrome brackets.

The birds eye maple interior is a magnificent part of the cabinets design and comes complete with a huge array of fittings which include:

6 cut glass whiskey, sherry and liqueur glasses.

6 small cut glass tumblers.

A small lidded cut glass jar.

A small cut glass bottle with silver plated stopper.

A small cut glass tray.

2 cut glass decanters.

A silver plated cocktail shaker.

6 cocktail sticks with bakelite tips.

A lemon squeezer.

An ivory handled silver plated knife.

A silver plated mixing spoon.

All of the fittings remain properly secured within the cabinet when the fall is opened and shut, and it's reverse side is mirrored to stop any spillage from harming the birds eye maple lining. The back is also mirrored, and contributes furthermore to the overall appeal of this piece.

The cupboard doors continue to exhibit fantastic burr walnut graining, while another pair of typically Art Deco handles are fitted, as is a working lock with key. Internally there are ten separate circular compartments for housing bottles, and the reverse side of the right hand door has a silver plated tray attached.

A plinth base supports this piece in a most stylish fashion, while the walnut sides compliment it's design perfectly.
