This is a one of the finest examples of Art Deco
display cabinets we've had in a while. Beautifully figured walnut
throughout, unlike most cabinets which boast a nice shape but have
straight gain this one has had no expense spared. The numerous original
individual glass door panels have been cleverly created to form the
shape of a flower. It has a eight sided octagonal cabinet which is
affixed to the two pillars. Each of the internal pillars has wooden
shelving ( not shown in pictures) ideal area for storage of books
etc. Still retains its original interior backing which is satin coloured
material. The original key, lock, escutcheon and bottom bolt are present
and fully operational. We've had this piece professionally french
polished and so comes to you in excellent condition.
