This is an exceptionally attractive 1930's Art Deco English walnut writing desk. As those of you who have been searching for a desk will know, finding true Art Deco styling is relatively hard, so we were very pleased to have sourced this beauty! It has an overal very desirable modernist/contempory look easily intergrating with modern furnishings if so desired. Beautiful figured walnut through out with rosewood banding to edges which accentuates the whole shape. Single pedestal with four drawers and one large drawer to the main. All run smoothly as when first manurfactured. Wooden bar handles with complimentary figured stripes. We've had this piece fully restored and so comes to you in excellent condition with no flaws to mention.
