A great piece of Art Deco furniture, this is a 1930's Art Deco blonde walnut super King size bed. Quite a simple design with just a hint of odeonesque to the top of the headboard. Still retains it's original metal bar handles. This lovely bed comes to you in very good condition having been recently fully stripped and French polished. Some veneer splits show on top of the headboard which can't be disguised unless re veneered so we have priced this bed accordingly. These are caused by climate changes over a extended period of time which makes the veneers expand and shrink causing splits. It's not particulary unsightly or noticable once the bed is set up is worth mentioning.
